我們研究了2013~ 2021年所有的雅思大作文真題，總結出來常考的話題分為：

教育、科技、政府、媒體、犯罪、環境、社會

根據分析結果，社會類的主題最多，涉及到人們的衣食住行、找工作等等社會問題。

其次是教育類和科技類，是雅思第二大常考的話題。

政府，媒體，犯罪和環境也是主流話題。

下面我們更近一步來看看，每一類話題又經常考哪些方面呢？

01. 社會類話題

社會類是雅思最常考的話題，範圍非常廣，但是也離不開人們的衣食住行，以及工作生活方式。

These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development? （生活方式）

–

There is an increasing trend for people to live alone. What is causing this to happen? Will it have a negative or a positive impact on the society? （生活方式）

In many countries, people eat a wide variety of food today. As a result, they eat food from other regions than local food. Do you think the advantages of development outweigh disadvantages? （食品問題）

In cities and towns all over the world the high volume of traffic is a problem. What are the causes of this and what actions can be taken to solve this problem? （交通問題）

People have different job expectations for jobs. Some people prefer to do the same job for the same company, whereas others prefer to change jobs frequently. Write about the advantages and disadvantages of each viewpoint? （工作問題）

In some places, money earned from tourism has become an important part of the economy. What are the advantages and disadvantages of relying on tourism as a major source of revenue? （收入問題）

Differences between countries become less evident each year. Nowadays, all over the world people share the same fashions, advertising, brands, eating habits and TV channels. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of this? （服裝問題）

教育類話題圍繞著：教什麼？誰來教？怎麼教？以及學費誰來出？這四大問題

科技類話題圍繞著科技帶給人們生活的優缺點來討論。科技確實給人們帶來便利的生活，但科技的發展往往也伴隨著環境問題和犯罪問題，同時科技尤其是電腦等，也容易讓人們沉迷，從而導致身心問題。

Computer technologies are more accessible and cheaper, and as a result, more adults work at home and children learn at home. Is this a positive or negative development?

In the past lectures were the traditional method of teaching large numbers of students. Nowadays new technology is increasingly being used to teach students? Do you think the advantages of the new approach outweigh the disadvantage?

Modern communications mean that it’s no longer necessary to write letters. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Although more and more people read the news on the Internet, newspaper will remain the most important source of news for the majority of people.  Do you agree or disagree?

政府類話題是雅思常考的話題，因為英國人非常關心政府的財政收入花費去了哪裡，所以寫作題目會圍繞著政府應該有限投資什麼領域來展開。例如政府應該先投資基礎設施，比如醫療或教育？還是應該投資藝術比如建設博物館等等。還有政府是否應該投資外太空？應不應該説明其他欠發達地區？以上這些都是雅思的常考話題。

Governments should only use their spending on public services and not waste money on the arts (E.g. music and painting). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is impossible to help all people in the world, so governments should focus on people in their own countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

犯罪類話題主要是圍繞著犯罪的原因和解決方案來出題的。犯罪的原因會討論：先天的原因還是後天的環境導致人們犯罪，而解決方案會圍繞應該通過監獄還是通過教育來解決問題。除此之外，英國的青少年犯罪率高也是一個社會問題，所以對於青少年犯罪的原因和解決方案也是雅思的常考話題。

Some people think most crimes are the result of circumstances like poverty and other social problems. Others believe that they are caused by people who are bad in nature. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There are many extinct animals’ species in the world nowadays. Some people say we should protect these animals from dying out, while others say we should concentrate more on problems of human beings. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

The international community must act immediately to ensure that all countries reduce the consumption of fossil fuels (eg: gas and oil). To what extent do you agree or disagree?
 

07. 媒體類話題


媒體類話題主要是圍繞著廣告出題的，廣告的優缺點是最常考的話題。以及什麼廣告應該被禁止，比如針對兒童的廣告或煙酒廣告？

We are surrounded by all kinds of advertising, which significantly influence our lives. Do the positive effects of advertising outweigh its negative effects?


上面全部都是雅思經常考的話題，只要你準備好這些話題，代表你已經準備好 60%的大作文題目，因為很多題目都是這些題的原題或者變形。

因此在備考的階段，如果把這些題目的思路、論點和論據整理出來，還可以用到更多的題目裡，如此一來，80%的題目都被能被你搞定。

你和客戶正在談一筆大生意，相談甚歡。眼看午餐時間到了，於是邀請客戶與你共進午餐，和對方說了：Are you out to lunch？對方可能瞬間垮臉，這筆生意直接飛了。
 

如果你輕易相信了Google翻譯 out to lunch，真的會害你沒朋友！友誼的小船說翻就翻。


 

｜out to lunch到底是什麼意思呢？

咱們先來看看最具權威的劍橋辭典是怎麼解釋的？



是不是很意外？是不是眼睛都瞪大了？到底lunch和crazy有什麼關係？
 

out to lunch的用法相當於 round the bend 或是 out of one’s mind，表示「神志不清、失去理智」或者是「心不在焉、注意力不集中」的狀態。

那這傢夥是認真的還是一時衝動？

你和客戶正在談一筆大生意，相談甚歡。眼看午餐時間到了，於是邀請客戶與你共進午餐，和對方說了：Are you out to lunch？對方可能瞬間垮臉，這筆生意直接飛了。
 

如果你輕易相信了Google翻譯 out to lunch，真的會害你沒朋友！友誼的小船說翻就翻。


 

｜out to lunch到底是什麼意思呢？

咱們先來看看最具權威的劍橋辭典是怎麼解釋的？



是不是很意外？是不是眼睛都瞪大了？到底lunch和crazy有什麼關係？
 

out to lunch的用法相當於 round the bend 或是 out of one’s mind，表示「神志不清、失去理智」或者是「心不在焉、注意力不集中」的狀態。
 

So do I take this guy seriously or is he out to lunch?

那這傢夥是認真的還是一時衝動？
 

It seems that you were out to lunch in the meeting.

你開會時似乎心不在焉。
 

如果你想表達「帶某人出去吃飯」，可以說 take sb to lunch，
 

I’m going to take my mom to lunch on Mother’s Day.

母親節我將帶我媽媽去吃午餐。
 

｜do lunch 不是「做飯」，那是什麼意思呢？


當別人問你要不要do lunch，千萬別誤解為「讓你做飯」。
 

do lunch真正的意思是「與某人碰面並一起用午餐」，相當於 have lunch together，這個在辦公室職場中還滿常用的。

我們什麼時候吃頓午飯吧。
 

另外，當有人邀請你 a spot of lunch 時，是表達「共進短時間量少就能吃完的食物」，比如吃點輕食、速食之類的，總之不要選擇那種太複雜的餐食，或是太正式的餐廳。

如何挑選頌缽

不論你是想成為一位頌缽音療師，
或是單純喜歡頌缽而想買一個缽；
該如何挑選一個適合自己的頌缽呢?
頌缽的種類又有那些?
而挑缽時該注意的又是什麼?
我的第一個頌缽要買什麼尺寸的呢?
網路上有各式各樣關於如何挑選頌缽的文章，
但有很多細節是業界老師沒有告訴你的，
今天我們就來告訴大家這些重點有那些。

現今很多國家都有製缽的工藝，
日本、泰國、印尼、印度、大陸甚至是台灣，
而巿場上流通的金屬頌缽，
仍以尼泊爾和西藏等地區的頌缽為最大宗。
一個頌缽的好壞以及價格取決三個條件:

一、頌缽的金屬成份-
傳統上，頌缽是由金、銀、鐵、汞、錫、銅、鉛等，
七種神聖金屬的合金製成。
但除非是古董缽具備七種金屬元素外，
後期新製的頌缽，大都以鐵+銅二種元素為主，
最多是三種金屬元素去製作，
只有少許的工廠會製作有五種金屬元素的高階手工缽。

二、頌缽的製作工序-
「模具鑄造」的頌缽聲音較死沒有層次，
無法用於頌缽音療上使用。

「手工鍛造」的頌缽泛音層次豐富，
容易與脈輪能量產生相應。
打造的工序又分為:
˙一次鍛造-初階缽-無破損率。
˙二次鍛造-高階缽-20%破損率。
˙三次鍛造-高階缽-40%破損率。

三、頌缽泛音的穩定度-
並不是每個頌缽的聲音都具有療癒性，
甚至有些頌缽的聲音會造成頭痛。
在挑選頌缽時除了聽敲擊後的聲音，
也要用磨缽棒磨擦頌缽試試看，
頌缽在低頻的聲音是否偏高或不穩定。

【以材質分類】
可粗分為二大類:
一、水晶缽-以矽砂製作，用半導體的高溫窯燒技術，
將矽砂溶製成乳白霧色「磨砂缽」是第一代最初的水晶缽。
水晶缽較適合用在頌缽音樂演奏。

二、金屬缽-以金屬合金，用「模具鑄造」或「手工鍛造」而成。
金屬缽比較適合用在做頌缽療癒癒程，
但因為金屬成份不同泛音的層次也會不一樣。

【尺寸挑選】
首先要先認識人體脈輪對音頻跟振動頻率的對應，
以第四脈輪/心輪為中心點(大約在心臟的位置)，
☆心輪以上的上三脈輪(第五、第六、第七脈輪)，
需要的是高音頻+低的振動頻率。
☆心輪往下的下三脈輪(第三、第二、第一脈輪)，
需要的是低音頻+高的振動頻率。
要先瞭解你挑的缽之後主要的用途是什麼。

˙如果是做為冥想時啟動靈性、單純聽缽音，
建議你可以挑選直徑13CM~23CM的頌缽。

˙如果會使用頌缽來為自己或他人做頌缽療程，
你將會需要使用直徑26CM以上的頌缽。
